Okay, so Emma, the almost 3 year old has been singing songs about her "booty" and not the kind that pirates like, but her butt. Plus, she has also been busting out tunes about her "middle"( which is what she uses to go potty, or number 1.) The song goes something like, " my booty, my booty, and my middle, my middle..." Even more embarrassing is that her pre-school teacher made the comment that she had been singing about her booty in class.
Well, a few weeks ago, we were all in the Mini Van( or the Van Car as the children like to call it) Audrey bust out one of here kindergarten songs about directions, which went something like, " Top, Bottom, Middle, Top Bottom Middle.... She would say this repeatedly, over and over. Well, Emma being the genius she is had to interrupt Audrey's song and said, " Audrey keeps saying middle!, Audrey keeps talking about her middle!" Audrey quickly replies, " I am not talking about that middle, I talking about top, bottom, middle!" Well I guess they haven't had a grammar lesson on homonyms yet... Either way, Emma knows that she shouldn't be singing about her "middle" since she finds the urge to tattletale on Audrey.
